Rice Cracker is a tradition sweet. It is originate from the old people in northern, Thailand. Most of local people do farm that have a low income usually eat sticky rice. If sticky rice still have left over the day, they will dry sticky rice in the sun and to keep it longer is to fried the sticky rice they call “ Cold-Fried-Rice” and after that put the sugar or molasses pour on Cold-Fried-Rice that mix with watermelon juice, salt, sesame to make it tasty. Some time they will put herb on the rice cracker to sell the desert in the community after that rice cracker had become popular and became a souvenir of OTOP products.
