We have received a complaint from the guest as below and is asking for refund. Please advise.
"The villa we were meant to stay in, had far more creatures (dragonflies, ants, lizards and spiders) inside the room as well as directly outside in the pool area which was visible from the bedroom. This led to my wife breaking down into tears and totally losing her ability to stay in the villa. The helpful staff at the villa whom saw her in tears immediately realized she was in no shape or form to stay at the villa and we requested to be taken to the airport to try and find a solution to what became a catastrophic series of unexpected events, which we expected to be a relaxing holiday break.
"Please let me confirm to you that we did not stay at the Villa for more than 10 minutes! The rest of the time was spent in the reception area to try and contact the Taxi to drop us back to the airport and to ask the Villa staff if they can find my wallet in taxi vehicle we transferred in".

My inquiry for a refund for the Kiri Villas resort reservation is due to the following unexpected events.
Firstly, prior to landing in Phuket on Thursday 3rd December, my wallet, along with all credit/debit cards, travel money and UK sterling money that wasn't exchanged all went missing.
I contacted Air Asia to consult staff that cleaned the aircraft and I thoroughly contacted almost every lost and found department in both Phuket airport and Kuala Lumpur international airport in order to try and retrieve my wallet, as I virtually couldn't even afford the taxi ride home to the Kiri Villas resort from the airport, where I had to use some of my wife's left over 40 GBP that were kept with her for purchasing family gifts.

Please bare in mind that my wife is 5 months pregnant which meant that her fears, sorrows and emotions were all escalated due to the natural but demanding conditions of pregnancy. predisposition
I was worried for her as she had two previous miscarriages within the last 18 months which meant my tolerance to such risks were zero.
I also paid an extra 77 GBP to amend my flight back to Kuala Lumpur from 7th December to 8am on 4th December (11 hours after landing) in order to try and find my wallet and get everything back on track as I was in a very desperate situation were i had to comfort my despairing wife and try to resolve my financial situation and get accommodation for me and my wife as were stranded at the airport for 111 hours without food, water or sleep!

Please consider our case for the refund as this experience took its toll on me and my wife by making us both slighlty ill (sore throat and chesty coughs due to lack of rest) and severely stressed due to the intensity of the situation and being in a foregn county that we have never been to before etc.
