Thank you for your patience. I have checked your last attempt and the payment was declined by our anti-fraud security rules. In these cases we need to approve the bank card you wish to use by sending a proof of ID and an image of the front of the bank card where the 6 first digits and the last 4 digits are visible to cs@lycamobile.us. Unfortunately I don’t have access to payment information to be able to correct this.
While this request is processed you can purchase a new SIM at one of our authorized retailers.
