Research model and hypotheses
All study variables are brought together in the research model of Figure 3. The
relations shown in Figure 3 will be tested using multivariate regression analysis. The hypotheses to be tested have been introduced in the text above, and are summarized
here:
H1. Attitude towards E-HRM systems is positively related to preferences for the
roles strategic partner, change agent and administrative expert.
H2. Attitude towards E-HRM systems is negatively related to a preference for the
employee champion role.
H3. Attitude towards E-HRM systems is positively related to experienced ease of
use, usability, user support, and output quality.
