Kennedy (in “Lee Daniels’ The Butler” and last year’s “Killing Kennedy” respectively, Alan Rickman as Ronald Reagan (also in 2013’s “The Butler”), and Bryan Cranston, now starring as Lyndon B. Johnson on Broadway in “All the Way.”
