We have load the container this afternoon(1/12), but we are being charged RMB 1,200 for the electricity fee. Even though we show them your email which inform us that we have 3 electricity free days, but they still collect the fee from us, saying that they have never received any notice from CMA about the free days. They need a particular document notice advise from CNC or CMA to not to collect the fees. So, will it be possible for asking the shipping line to help to communicate again?
