The hotel chosen is a great significant in tourism industry as luxury hotel in USA which has 202 guestrooms and 46 suites, all have views of Central Park, the Hudson River or New York City's Upper West Side. The hotel provides food and beverage service, as well as, many services and facilities – spa, yoga, or health center to generate and meet high demand of customers and beyond the customer expectation.
Therefore, we choose the case of Mandarin Oriental Hotel as our objective and mainly aim to Mandarin Oriental Hotel, New York in order to study consumer behavior in hospitality and tourism.
