To our knowledge, no randomized study has quantified
the effect of lumbar lordosis correction on spine
sagittal balance or other clinical outcomes in cases of
chronic mechanical low back pain (CMLBP). Specifically,
despite the widespread inclusion of postural correction
in therapeutic interventions, there is a limited
experimental data to support its effectiveness. Accordingly,
the aim of the present study was to investigate
the effects of lumbar extension traction on pain, disability
and whole spine sagittal balance as represented
in lumbar curvature, thoracic curvature, C7 plumb line,
and sacral slope
