I've discussed with KBSS management regarding this issue in the meeting on 19/11/15. I've found that it's the driver's mistake to leave from warehouse later than regular time so he stuck in the traffic that made the delivery more delay. He has been informed that if there is 2nd time for the same mistake, he will be discharged.
From now on, KBSS will contact you about 7.30 am for the delivery status if there is a case in the morning.
