In Thailand, we have King Bhumibol's New Theory on Land and Water Management for sustainable agriculture. In Japan, they also interested in sustainable agricultural landscape with the contribution to biodiversity, utilization of ecosystem service and fitting for the monsoon Asia region. Satoyama is a traditional agricultural style and cultural landscape. Satoyama is not only food production field but also nature that people and creatures live together. TUA has been collaborating with local farmers on conserving and creating Satoyama landscape. TUA students have agricultural activities with local farmers six times per year. TUA students learn wisdom and the skill based on experience of the local farmers through the conservation activity that can improve the ambition of the student.
