Weighting model is related to the problem regarding to the compensation and effects of working time. It can be fair consideration for the employees and employers in the workforce. The model looks at every corner to observe the problem. For example if the employees are getting absences from work very often but those employees’ behaviors are good and can play role in team, they must be treated in possible way. Then they complete the assignment well. Thus, the weighting consists of percentages of completion of jobs, four points on best behavior, three points for good, two points average and not good is for one point. Similarly, working in team is also categorized as behavior. Work attendance ratios as 4 point for entering work in full month (30 days). It means, 7.5 point for each day (also refer time). Then the manager can use this data and transfer into information such as table and dashboard to make decision on awarding bonus and firing.
