Communication scheduling/contact rationalization
eDM management
RSVP management
Oversea and manage stock of CRM inventory
White card registration forms
Birthday and welcome gifts
Black card welcome and renewal packs
Store support – updates, point of contact, provide new hire and refresher training
CRM system monitoring – system stability and issue management
Management of TH CRM budget
Provide assistance to marketing manager
Maintaining a close working relationship with digital team
Reports
Prepare following reports within timeline (status report, Recruitment Rate, Tourist Vs. Local, Key Events report)
Generate and analyse reports from system for customer data and behavior
