Contrary to the reconstruction of the sequence of events leading up to the accident as outlined above, and as per the witness statement accounts of all involved taken to date, It is noted that the road side where the fatality occurred is at least some 12-15 meters from the building line, and one can only surmise that the load must have been disturbed during the lifting out from building & down loading process resulting in it swinging in the air in order for the transportation pallets and the dropped load to have gone past the perimeter fence of the boundary line to the project.
