KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide technical knowledge and technical support on lubricants products to sales/marketing staff and customers.
Provide technical advice and training to sales/marketing staff and customers on product technologies to enhance their capability thru marketing promotion events, such as Truck Association promotion events, localized promotion events.
Create proof of performance test, testimonial test or benefit reports to enhance customers’ confidence in PETRONAS products.
Provide and interpret lab reports as well as investigate and analyze root causes of problems in order to support customers in preventive maintenance and handle their complaints.
Provide Product Data Sheets (PDS), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and technical letters to support customers.
Assistance to sales team and customers in lubricants application.
QUALIFICATIONS
University graduate in Chemical Engineering or related fields
3 – 5 years experience in lubricants business
Good knowledge in lubricants application, Automotive and Industrial lubricants
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good command of English and computer skills
Owns car and able to do field work in upcountry
Experience in Product Quality Assurance ISO 9000 is a plus
Sales experience is preferable
