Dear MOCAP Team
After we implemented the call center at MOCAP office since last week of Apr. There are some technical issues that we still find to solve from day 1, I understood on that period. However, at the moment, some problems still not solve and it seem to happen more technical error that impact on our service without proper response and feedback from your team while our CCC team is facing every day.
As you are a professional call center vender with experienced, I think this kind of problem is should not happen more and we should get promptly solution and feedback with good coordination.
Therefore, please ensure that you are able to serve us by proper solution on the technical problems with prompt response, otherwise will impact with GT service quality and SLA that will effect both of us as well.
Kindly aware as above issue and will update all pending in tmr meeting.
