Assaranupong, I have reviewed your account and issued refund for the in-app which you have not received. Within 10 business days, 9.99 USD should be posted to the payment method used to make the purchase.
I recommend that you avoid making any more in-app purchases from it until the developer confirms the issue is resolved.
Note : I have issued refund as an final exception and no more the refund will be issued for the same reason.
