We know what is the problem in the machine and we had it before with other ones.
It’s taking sometime because we are testing a new way to fix it, so it wont happen again.
The test were OK, our technician schedule next week to go in Hong Kong and fix the machine, for sure no more than Friday the machine will be repaired.
Sorry for the long wait, but we had to wait some parts to arrive for testing purpose. Please tell the customer that we are sorry and we will make sure to not happen again.
