Step 1: This step resolves the problem of the multiplic-
ity of languages (e.g. English, French etc.) used to model
the peers schema. Expertise Exp
i received by peer A are of-
ten written in their ownerships language. In order to ¯nd
semantic links between elements expressed with distinct lan-
guages, this step translates an Exp
i into the language of the
peer which receives it. We consider, in this work, two lan-
guages: French and English. Indeed, we use online French-
English dictionary that searches to translate an exact word.
The aim of this step is to allow (in step2) to measure the
similarity of two words (i.e. el and er) expressed in the same
language.
