Main Responsibilities:
To handle all of incoming and outgoing calls
To responsible for front desk functions and guest reception
Book air tickets, hotel for CEO and visitor who visit Thailand
Vehicle, meeting room arrangement and office supply
Supervise the procurement activities to achieve cost savings
Provide Administrative support
To support the translation as per requirement
Requirements:
Female only, age not over 27 years (Thai Nationality only)
Bachelor degree in any fields.
Able to communicate English for both speaking and writing. but Chinese language is strongly prefer for HR consideration.
Good personality is require to apply for this position.
Good interpersonal , communication skills and enthusiastic (strong coordination, friendly and proactive).
Able to work under pressure.
Able to operate PC in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint).
Fresh graduated is prefer and also welcome.
