Extended TOPSIS method
Among numerous developed MADM methods, TOPSIS is
deemed a prominent one [30–32]. TOPSIS is a simple ranking
method in conception and application, and its principle is that
the selected plan should have the shortest distance from the positive
ideal solution (PIS) and farthest distance from the negative
ideal solution (NIS) [28]. TOPSIS does not have strict requirements
on the independence of attributes and the number of alternatives.
Its accuracy is adoptable compared with other methods like simple
additive weighting (SAW), and it has the fewest rank reversals.

row-wise and corresponding attributes’ scores column-wise.
