Nine glucosinolates were identified by HPLC in Chinese kale,
including five aliphatic glucosinolates (gluconapin, progoitrin, sinigrin,
glucoraphanin and glucoiberin) and 4 indole glucosinolates
(glucobrassicin, 4-methoxyglucobrassicin, neoglucobrassicin, and 4-
hydroxyglucobrassicin) (Fig. 1)
