- Stirred fried pork spare ribs with Chinese black beans
- Stirred fried seafood with Chilli & hot basil
- Steamed Sea Bass in Lemon sauce
- Claypot mapo tofu
- Crabmeat omelette
- Jasmine rice
Dessert
- Mixed fruits
I'd suggest that we prepare for 12 pax. We can alway add more food if we need.
Will start with drinks & my friends will be bringing whiskies. I'm going to bring some summer champagnes, to be drank with ice, some mint leave or slice of orange. Dinner to commence about 7 or 730....
