1. Damaged Ceilings: In line with TKS and our FM team, please ensure any damaged ceiling tiles are ordered, and we have some spares. TKS will need to pay for this. If we can not get ceiling tiles to site for the 9th we must swap any damaged tiles in Meeting Room, and Walkways for tiles from Store Rooms etc.

2. Internal Lineage: I'm concerned about the longevity of our lineage - a lot of it is coming up already - whereas TBDC still looks great. Please at least ensure the entrance to the warehouse and the walkways are done by the 9th July.

3. Hanging Signage: This is not fit for purpose. Andy suggested (and I think it's a great idea) where the hanging bar is joined together by the sleeve, we should drill a hole and add a screw fixing, or a rivet to keep it fixed together. We should also think about adding another hanging wire if it continues to sag, and bend.

4. Main Entrance Staircase: There is damage to one of the ME stairs - I think the concrete under the rubber stud has been damaged.

5. Wheel Stops: Some of the wheel stops are damaged already. I would suggest that they are not fit for purpose.

6. Vehicle Shelter: Please complete the canvas cover (not urgent for 9th July).

7. Settlement: Please repair some of the worst areas around the Staff & Vehicle Gatehouses

1. S/S Sink: In the Goods In Male WC the sink is coming away from the wall. Please ensure this is fixed this week.

2. WC Pipe: A lot of the WC Pipes - in ALL toilet areas have come away from the wall - can you rectify this week. Do the Mezzanine, and Goods In first please.

3. G.O Floor Tiles: This still isn't repaired satisfactorily. Please replace with a new tile.

4. Switches & Outlets: Some finishing still unsatisfactory.
