Rights and Duties of the Customer
4.1 The Customer agrees to cooperate with the Service Provider in its performing of the Service hereunder, and to supply necessary information and details as reasonably required by the Service Provider.
4.2 The Customer shall inspect the Service delivered by the Service Provider without delay. In the event the Customer has found any defect or error in the Service, it shall notify the Service Provider immediately.
4.3 The Customer shall make payment of the Remuneration as required herein to the Service Provider only after the Customer has already accepted the delivery of the Service in writing. Such payment shall be made to the Service Provider within 30 days after the date of such acceptance in writing and after the Customer has received an invoice from the Service Provider.
In case if any invoice issued by the Service Provider contains any error, the Customer shall notify the Service Provider to correct such error, and, as a result thereof, the period of 30 days described hereinabove shall be recounted on the first date the Customer receives the correct invoice from the Service Provider.
4.4 The Customer shall appoint one representative as its contact person to liaise with the Service Provider throughout the entire period of this Agreement. Should there be any change of this contact person, the Service Provider shall notify the Customer in writing in advance.
4.6 In considering whether the Service is fully completed within the delivery date described hereinabove, the Customer shall have the sole and absolute right to determine whether the said portion of Service is indeed fully completed. In the event that the Customer deems that the Service delivered by the Service provider to the Customer has not yet been fully completed as required under this Agreement, the Customer shall have the right to withhold a payment of the Remuneration immediately, until the Service is fully completed in accordance with the requirements stated herein in all respects.
