เขาทำให้ฉันยิ้มได้ตลอดเวลา
K-Pop is so sexualised these days.
I really miss the Golden Ages of K-Pop, when it was about the music and the videos were fun and if they were sexy, they would be but not trashy (?).
People argue saying that "2PM can tear their shirts and everyone says they're hot but when girl groups wear really revealing clothes, why is it a problem?"
Well, when they do, the camera isn't focusing on their abs and crotches (well maybe except NOM A Guys but that's a different story altogether) like they have done here with Girl's Day. (There are SO many boobs and crotch and ass focuses, and they're spraying water around). Like I'm degrading the outfits though, they're really cute and I love every single one of them. Truth is even if they were wearing full body jumpsuits, these shots would still be focusing on their bodies and not them.
Also, Girl's Day do have some really cute and fun videos and I miss their old image (Twinkle Twinkle, Oh! My God).
Sure, they might want a different image now, like a cute to sexy transition, but think about how that's done, like with SISTAR.
With Alone, it was sexy but never trashy. Maybe Give it to Me was a bit risque, but again the M/V shots didn't focus on their genitals every 10 seconds.
