Deploying APQP related to development phases (or current production phase) following the company’s requirements.
Training suppliers and making sure that the defined standards are properly applied and delivered on time (APQP elements).
Following up on APQP progress and associated status reports, and making decisions in collaboration with the program team.
Providing recommendations on technical choices to ensure product/process robustness during program development (for both suppliers and plant).
Managing the process qualification at suppliers (control plan and quality basics implementation, mass production trials & process audits).
Communicating PPAP status and ensuring the delivery of validated PPAP prior Start of Production (SOP) after SQA assembly trial & appearance approvals.
Monitoring PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and S/R rates.
Securing all Key characteristics (Safety and Regulations) during program phases.
Managing progress/convergence plans with low performance suppliers involved in programs in collaboration with SQ&D.
