Initial Assessment
The project team reviewed the scheduled IPMs for the past two years and identified several trends and patterns:
● All IPM services are treated the same; there is no prioritizing of services based on equipment criticality. ● There is no proactive process to distribute IPM workload. ● The initial indicator identifies only the number of IPM services completed by the end of the month. ● There is no process to help the staff to assign, prioritize, and close out scheduled IPMs.
