• Platelet count ≥100,000
• Proteinuria ≤2+ on dipstick (34 weeks
• Severe or refractory hypertension >24 hours
• Pulmonary edema
• Refractory renal failure
• Thrombocytopenia,worsening coagulopathy
• Eclampsia with neuroprogressive symptoms
• Progressive reduction of liver function
• Placental rupture
• Fetal distress
• Evidences of IUGR or hydramnion
