Bookkeeping of office expenses, keeping adequate Petty Cash at all time
- Maintaining complete accounting documents
- Registering of all expenditures and receipts onto digital files
- Control withdrawals and paying-in money at the bank
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies and stationery, and budget
- Prepare reports, submit on a timely basis and maintain proper filing system of social welfare documents
- Prepare all related taxes reports for timely submission to the Revenue Department and do the monthly reconciliation to ensure the correctness of withholding tax and Value Added Tax (VAT) from each payment as required under Revenue Code
- Contacts and liaises with the Shipping Agency, ship liner
- Summary shipment weekly and monthly reports
