and as I have informed you already, on May 4, 2016, I had been at your Nakhonratchasima Branch 2 for just that, wasting about one hour. Why my personal visit for reactivation of my account was not effective, I cannot tell. I can only assume total incompetence of your employees, who forgot to enter the reactivation in the computer system. I don't want to assume they "forgot" to do so on purpose.
Please correct your own and your employees mistakes without hassling your customers! That includes returning any stolen funds from my inaccessible account and make my account accessible again.
