Our demonstrated system not only can deliver up to 46-Gbaud (184-Gbit/s) polarization-division-multiplexing quadrature-phase-shift-keying (PDM-QPSK) signal over 80-km single-mode fiber-28 (SMF-28) and 0.6-m 2×2 MIMO wireless link at D-band, but also can deliver up to 16-Gbaud (128-Gbit/s) polarization-division-multiplexing 16-ary quadrature-amplitude-modulation (PDM-16QAM) signal over 10-cm 2×2 MIMO wireless link at D-band. To the best of our knowledge, we realize a record bit rate of 184 Gbit/s for D-band wireless mm-wave signal delivery.
