- Recording and update attendance for employrs and temporary staff.
- Handle all staff-related issues such as on the job training, job rotation performance review etc.
- Prepare training needs of employees in each department should be conducted on an annual basis minimal
- Maintain all employee’s training records to ensure all quality related training are traceable and in conformity with the wuality system.
- Organize annual health check for all employees with reputable hospital and negotiate.
- Organize pre-medical check employment for new staff.
