Dear all,
We have opened up the enrollment for employees and dependents for the NEW benefits enhancement that will be introduced from 1 January 2016.
Please ensure that all dependents’ particulars have been updated onto GCRM (gcrm.ge.com) before you enroll onto the new benefits plans.
To enroll yourselves and your dependents onto the new benefits plans, please go to GE Forms, where are you are required to complete the following information:
1. Employee Details
2. Employee Provident Fund Details
3. Opt for your Employee Outpatient benefit
4. Opt for your Dependent Outpatient benefit
5. Opt for your Employee Inpatient benefit
6. Opt for your Dependent Inpatient benefit
Once you have completed your selection of benefits, you will be prompted to accept the ‘Terms & Conditions’. Then, you will need to click on the ‘Save’ button (at the end of the form) to submit your enrollment of benefits.
Please submit your enrollment via the GE Forms latest by Monday, 11 January 2016.
