I would like a refundcoloring book

I would like a refund
coloring book arrived today
it has black ink spots on the underside on pages that has bled over to the next printed page on three seperate pages
also book does not lay flat to color
looks like it was rolled up somewhere along the line
and book was shifted all over the manilla enevolope and top right hand corner
on the back part of book pages on corners are all smashed
if you had wrapped the book before putting into the manilla maybe damage to book would not of happened
