The chromatographic
conditions were described in detail by Juárez et al.
(2008): initial column temperature was 100 C, increasing at a rate
of 3 C min1 up to 158 C and then at 1.5 C min1 up to 190 C
and maintaining this temperature for 15 min, then at 2 C min1
up to 200 C and then increasing again at 10 C min1 up to final
temperature of 240 C hold for 10 min. Temperatures of injection
and detector were maintained at 300 C and 320 C, respectively.
Hydrogen was used as carrier gas at a flow rate of 2.7 mL min1
.
The split ratio was 17.7:1, and 1 lL of solution was injected.

reproducibility of the method were detailed by Juárez et al. (
