Clinical case of liver mass.
The study reveals hepatomegaly. There are multiple echoic masses at bilateral lobe liver. No dilatation of intra or extrahepatic bile duct is observed. Thickening wall gall bladder contains no stone. The right and left kidney size is about 10 and 9.5cm, respectively. The spleen,pancreatic boby and both kidneys appear normal. No intraabdominal lymphadenopathy is seen. Ascites is detected.
