Per communication on phone last week, YR New York have been settled the payment within last week.
Until now the payment hadn’t transfer to ours bank account. I am concerned that there are the error in HSBC bank.
Please help to send the bank instruction to us. So we can follow up from HSBC Bank.
Appreciated if you can send us within today.
