Besides, A 717 anion exchange resin were sequentially selected for As(iii) and As (v) analysis ,respectively. Moreover, Amberlite IRA 910 resin immobilized in a polyaccrylaminde gel was adopted as a selective binding agent for As(v) in river water, and the concentration of As(iii) was obtained by determing the difference between the total As and As (v). Conclusively ,the above materials have been proved to be effective SPE realizing low detection limits and good RSDs for inorganic arsenic preconcentration , but have limited application in organic arsenic species major present in marine sample. Moreover, the simultaneous realization of As(iii) and As(v) enrichment has found less examples because of the chemical difference, and inter-conversion (As(iii)--As(v)) via redox process is necessary prior to individual species analysis, subsequently leading yo inconvenient operation and extraneous interference for speciation analysis. Therefore,a feasible preconcentration method for simultaneously extract and enrich both of the inorganic and organic arsenic species from complex matrices is challenging and highly desirable.
