There should be a proper adjustment in reducing the workload which minimizing the use of workforce. For instance, some hospitals adjust the workflows of their nurse assistants in delivering medical supplies/ saline solution. Instead of going to many buildings, they are responsible for only one building or specific floor. This way, the workforce is greatly reduced.
