Yes, we discussed seriously with our team and document dept. which the cause of problem is from various matter, for example:
1. Due to the congestion problem at the Singapore port (Port of Transship) cause the shipping lines have to change the vessel both Feeder and sometime mother vessel. This has effected to the shipping documents must be rectified especially B/L, C/O, H/C and C/C that need to take at least 3 days for re-submitting and collect the documents back.
2. The advising bank is changed to other banks, consequent we pick up the original LC lately. Because the bank have no advice for the LC arrival until asking for the copy.
3. Human error and mistyping detail in the documents that have to waste time and need to re-submitting documents.
4. Details or text in LC application is different to the original LC, during waiting the original LC receiving, the document staff did preparing and already submit the documents with detail mentioned in the LC application, but when the original LC received, it’s found the text is not same like the application said.
Anyway, we are trying to improve and avoid the problem happen again and hope the problem will be solved immediately.
