With hello, I comment that for our BRC certification, we have to improve our data sheets and we have to include the residual shelf life and microbiological parameters (according to our sanitary regulation)
According before, I need that you confirm if yours products could accomplish with minimum of 80% of residual shelf life, I explain it: The pineapple have 36 month of shelf life, they can arrive to Agrofoods with minimum 80% of residual shelf life, so they must have maximum 7,2 month since the production date.
About microbiology, our santary regulation inidicate the following:
The cans products, mush accomplish with:
• mesophile aerobic count : 0 cfu/g
• aerobic an anaerobic: 0 cfu/g
• thermophilic microorganisms: 0 cfu/g
• aerobic an anaerobic: 0 cfu/g
I was cheking the documents that you send us, and we don´t have microbiology analisys.
Please we need that you send us microbiological analisys with all lots recived of you.
