What kind of information would be useful when you research patch management tools
(client management tools) in the future?
I'd like to make a list of installed patch management tool in KM group companies and
show the list to companies which don't have such tools for their support.
I'm going to ask followings to companies which have such tools already.
Do you think those enough? Would you add things you want to hear from them?
a. Make and name of patch management tool (or client management tool)?
b. Year installed?
c. What were key points of judgement of the installation?
d. How is the easiness of operation?
e. What are bad points you found in every day operation?
f. Installation cost and time period of installation
g. Operation cost
h. Near future plan (if keep using the current tool or switching to other tools?)
