When user will select the particular “Unit No.”, system will reset the reason codes and descriptions according to the selected Unit. After that, when user will select the “Reason Code”, System will set the Reason Description and populate the “Comment(s) “field automatically. System will use the Template as associated with the Reason code and Description to populate the “Comment(s) “field. User able to add or edit the comment template. In the comment field, user could be copy another text to paste in. And the comment field should support both Thai and English.
Q: how many maximum characters in comment field?
If Text in English, it supports upto 4000 characters. If Text is in Thai characters, it supports upto 2000 characters. System will also allow entering special characters in comments field.
