Due to Mr.Patan Tayong dereliction from his duties and has not prior notice to resign as the employee of the Company since 1st July 2016, which according to the Labour Protection Act B.E.1998, the employee who absent over seven consecutive days without reason. The Company is able to terminate him without paying the compensation.
Therefore, please consider to approve Mr.Patan Tanyong termination of employment effective on 15th July 2016 onwards.
