strategy compared with those that followed aggressive strategy.
4- Jordanian Pharmaceutical Corporations did not follow a conservative working capital
management strategy, therefore the study could not test the hypothesis related to the effect of
this strategy on the profitability of the corporation.
The study also presents several results. Most importantly, it recommends emphasizing the
trade-off between risk and profitability in the working capital management, since the
corporations that maintain moderate working capital management strategy, making them able
to achieve steady profits over the long term, and consequently maintaining the value of the
corporation and its value to shareholders.
