Also, her maternity should end on 22/9/2014 i.e. 90 days, so we will deduct 23 – 25/9/2014 from her annual leave entitlement, please use 22/9/2104 as maternity leave end date instead.
We would like to deduct the overpaid amount from her salary from October 2014 by 3 installments, i.e. Oct, Nov & Dec 2014.
