It would seem that this product might be able to be classified under more than one H.S. code. I am reluctant to use the generic code you have specified, as it carries a heavy tariff in Canada which would negate this business.
To help us in determining an alternate and more specific code, could you please tell let us know if, in its processing, this product is in any way treated with heat more than once (ie., re-baked, toasted, etc.)?
