I see that you sent a message (here below) directly to CGM confirming about your forwarder.
First I want to say that if you write to me or to CGM you get exactly the same result: whatever you write to CGM comes to me immediately!
What I asked you and I need to know is the name of the forwarder company: I believe it is easy and simple!
The reason is that it happen already that our clients ask quotations to several forwarders and those not finally appointed call CGM and come to collect the goods, creating big problems!
So, please, once again, let me know the name of the forwarder that you appointed, so we are 100% sure that we give the machine to the proper one.
I also asked you about the documents required by your bank, but didn't get reply: was my message clear enough or need more explanation?
