If the LESSOR shall wish to redevelop the building or part thereof, whether by demolition and rebuilding, renovation, refurbishment or otherwise or change the nature of its business conducted at the building, the LESSOR shall be entitled to terminate this lease by giving to the LESSEE two (2) calendar months’ notice in writing, expiring at the end of the calendar month during the term hereby created. The LESSEE shall not have any right to receive compensation from the LESSOR for any loss, damage, cost and expense arising out of or in connection with the LESSOR’ s termination of this Contract of Lease in consequence of LESSOR’s decision to redevelop the building or any part thereof or change the nature of its business conducted at the building.
