They can consider the leasehold assets as well depending on the asset value and lease tenors.
CGIF's offer is up to 6 months which can be extensible up to another 6 month depending on the credit analysis at that time (6 month after).
So, if it issues in two tranches within 6 months, 50:50 issuances are doable.
